Treat all users with dignity and respect. Do not insult, harass, bully, or target anyone based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or personal beliefs. Hate speech, threats, or toxic behavior will result in immediate action, including warnings, bans, or permanent suspension.
2. No Inappropriate or Illegal Content
Do not post or share sexually explicit, violent, gory, or illegal content. This includes links, images, usernames, or language that is considered offensive or dangerous. Chatrelle is intended to be a safe and clean space for everyone, including minors. Breaking this rule will lead to a permanent ban.
3. No Spamming or Unsolicited Advertising
Avoid flooding chats with repeated messages, links, or emojis. Promoting products, services, websites, or external platforms without permission is strictly prohibited. Any form of spam, phishing, or self-promotion will be removed, and the user may be muted or banned.
4. Respect Privacy and Boundaries
Do not share personal information about yourself or others. This includes phone numbers, home addresses, passwords, private images, or any other sensitive data. Asking others for such information is also forbidden. We take privacy seriously — help us protect yours and others'.
5. Use an Appropriate Username and Profile
Your username and profile must not contain offensive words, slurs, sexual references, impersonation of others, or fake staff titles (like “admin” or “mod”). We reserve the right to rename or suspend accounts that violate this rule without prior notice.
6. Follow the Age Requirement
Chatrelle is designed for users aged 13 and above. Anyone found to be underage, or falsely claiming their age, will be removed from the platform immediately in accordance with child safety policies. Parents or guardians may contact us for verification or removal if necessary.
7. Don’t Impersonate Others
You must not pretend to be another user, public figure, or staff member. Fake identities, clone accounts, or impersonation in any form can lead to confusion, abuse, and immediate removal from Chatrelle.
8. No Trolling or Provoking
Do not intentionally provoke, mislead, or antagonize users or moderators. Trolling, baiting arguments, or disruptive behavior will be flagged and may result in a mute or ban. Keep the conversations clean, helpful, and enjoyable for everyone.
9. Follow Moderator Instructions
Our moderators and admins are here to keep the community safe and enjoyable. If a moderator asks you to stop a behavior, you are expected to comply. Arguing with staff or refusing to cooperate will result in disciplinary action.
10. Report Abuse — Don’t Engage
If someone is breaking the rules, do not retaliate. Use the report or block feature and let the moderation team handle it. Responding to trolls only feeds the problem. Help keep Chatrelle safe by reporting issues instead of fueling them.
11. Multiple Offenses Will Lead to Permanent Ban
We believe in second chances, but repeated rule violations will not be tolerated. Users who continue to break the rules after warnings or suspensions will be permanently banned from the platform without appeal.

Chatrelle may update these rules as needed to reflect new features, community feedback, or changes in safety standards. It is your responsibility to stay informed. Continued use of Chatrelle means you agree to follow the latest rules at all times.
